The background issue cannot be fully resolved by a simple modification of the skins/avocado.inc.php file similar to that proposed for the Neon-Orange skin. However, the look can be made more consistent by amending from line 42 as follows;-

// REQUIRED - cannot be transparent
'backgroundColor' => '#e1ffe1' // was '#3F3F3F',
),

This skin seems to have most of the colours set in the skin's css file.
